Do I need special software to watch?
Nope! You will be able to enjoy the videos on a computer or any mobile device!
How do I watch the videos?
Free pass holders will get an email to access the presentations right before the event starts each day. You will receive a welcome email right after signing up. If you don't see it please email [email protected]. Creative Business Accelerator holders get access to the presentations immediately after purchasing the pass.
When can I get started?
The event starts on February 4th at 8 a.m. EDT for free pass holders. If you have purchased the Creative Business Accelorator, then you can get started right away, check your email for all the deets!
Does my location matter?
Your location doesn't matter at all, except for the fact that you may be in a different time zone! You will be able to watch the summit from anywhere as long as there is internet access.
The learning platform can be accessed from your mobile phone, tablet, or computer!
What if I have questions during the event?
We love questions! That's why we have set up a special Facebook Group for Creative Business Success Summit! You will get information to join after you have completed registration.
I am not able to make it to 1 of the days and I really want to watch it, what can I do?
Unfortunately, if the presentation has expired then there is no way to rewatch it as a free pass holder. With the Creative Business Accelerator, you can instantly watch all presentations without any time limits and for a lifetime.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of the Creative Business Success Summit and it being being an online event, refunds are not available.
However, if you are having issues or are unhappy for any reason, please email [email protected], and we will help out to the best of our abilities.
